Don Muang Tollway Public Co., Ltd. has been evaluated at the level “Excellent”, worthy of being an example with a full score of 100 points (5 medals) from the results of the quality assessment of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The assessment is organized by the Thai Investors Association and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise awareness among companies about the importance of holding AGM meetings and encourage them to hold an AGM by taking into account the rights of shareholders according to good corporate governance guidelines.

The Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (Thai CAC) has awarded Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) the status of a “3-Star CAC Change Agent” in recognition of the company's strong commitment to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. DMT plays a significant role in driving the creation of a transparent and corruption-free Thai business society in a sustainable manner.

Achieving the 3-Star CAC Change Agent status, the highest level of recognition, reflects the company’s concrete and continuous efforts in promoting good governance both within the organization and throughout its business supply chain.

This certification has been effective since June 2025 and is valid for two years.
