DMT supports Kasetsart University Students’ “Art from Waste Love from Heart” Project
Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) supported the “Art from Waste Love from Heart” project, organized by second-year students from the Digital Marketing and Branding program, Faculty of Management Sciences, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Nipa Niruttikul. The activity was held on 31 March 2026 at Ban Bang Lamung Boys’ Home.
The project was designed as a workshop-based activity to promote learning while fostering environmental awareness among children and youth. It emphasized the efficient use of resources and waste management in line with the principles of the circular economy.
The activity featured five learning stations:
- English and Chinese lessons, together with knowledge-review games
- Keychain-making from plastic bottle caps to promote recycling
- Environmental and global warming education through activities and role-playing games
- Making plant pots from fabric scraps, along with learning about the 4R principles and tree planting
- A paper mache activity that turned used paper into creative artwork
The event gave children the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience, enhance their creativity, develop learning skills, and build awareness of social and environmental responsibility.
This project was aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goals 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 17.
DMT’s support for this initiative reflects the company’s commitment under the Tollway Green Way concept to advancing social and environmental sustainability through collaboration with the education sector and local communities in order to create long-term value for society.
