The surveillance assessment for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for the year 2023
According to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard, after the company has received certification, there will be surveillance audits conducted by the Certification Body (CB) in the 1st and 2nd years to monitor the system and a re-certification assessment in the 3rd year, which must be completed before the certification expires.
On February 14-15, 2023, SGS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. annually conducted the surveillance assessment for the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The audit involved randomly checking the working processes and evidence within each department and also included on-site visits to Chaeng Wattana Toll Plaza and Don Muang Toll Plaza. The assessment resulted in no non-conformities found.
