DMT “Happy Birthday & Happy Work Life” Employee Engagement Activity – 14th Year, 3/2023
On September 28, 2023, the Human Resources and Quality Management Systems Department organized the 14th annual “Happy Birthday & Happy Work Life (DMT)” activity – Session 3/2023.
In this session, employees participated in a merit-making activity at Phra Pathom Chedi Temple and Wat Rai Khing, followed by a shared lunch and special recreational activities at Baan Rommai Sai Nam Restaurant. The trip concluded with a visit to Don Wai Floating Market for souvenir shopping.
The 2023 birthday celebration activities were designed around the concept of “The 8 Elements of Happiness,” with a focus on two key themes:
- Happy Relax – Promoting stress relief and relaxation by providing employees with opportunities to unwind from work-related pressures in a peaceful and refreshing environment.
- Happy Soul – Fostering spiritual well-being through religious activities that encourage mindfulness, moral living, and the integration of core values into daily work and life.
