2025 Health Massage Program to Prevent Office Syndrome

In alignment with the Company’s goal of becoming a High Performance Organization (HPO) and fostering a Smart Working Place environment, the Company recognizes that “happy and healthy employees are the most important driving force.” With this belief, the Company initiated a program designed to create a more relaxing workplace atmosphere through the 2025 “Health Massage to Prevent Office Syndrome” activity.

Recognizing that office syndrome is a common challenge faced by many employees, the working committee transformed policy into action by providing massage services every Wednesday as a special employee benefit. The results have gone beyond reducing physical tension—this initiative has also created a “safe space” where employees can step away from their computer screens, recharge their energy, and return to work with renewed creativity and efficiency.

A key highlight of this program, which has received widespread appreciation, is the collaboration between the Company and the Nonthaburi Vocational Development Center for the Blind. The Company has supported visually impaired professional therapists from the center to provide the massage services. This initiative not only promotes employee well-being but also reflects the Company’s vision in advancing equality and generating income opportunities for society as part of its social responsibility commitment. As a result, every Wednesday at the office is filled with an atmosphere of care, inclusivity, and shared support.
