Orientation Program 2025 “Preparation and Performance Enhancement Before Starting Work”

On December 2–3, 2025, the Company continued to actively drive its human capital development strategy through the New Employee Orientation Program under the course titled “Preparation and Performance Enhancement Before Starting Work.” This program was designed to lay a strong foundation for new team members, enabling them to begin their roles with confidence and achieve their highest potential. The Company firmly believes that understanding the organization’s direction is the starting point of success.
This orientation program focused on providing employees at all levels with an in-depth understanding of the Company’s identity through sessions led by experts from various departments. Key topics included:
- Vision and Mission: Aligning everyone with the Company’s overarching goals.
- International Standards: Understanding the ISO standards and management systems adopted by the Company.
- Rights, Benefits, and Discipline: In-depth guidance on policies, regulations, and employee benefits to ensure that employees can fully exercise their rights and perform their duties correctly.
- Functional Knowledge: Sharing essential techniques and work processes directly from respective departments.
In addition to theoretical knowledge and operational guidelines, the Company also organized a Team Building activity facilitated by an external expert to create an engaging and dynamic atmosphere. Beyond enjoyment, the activity integrated key concepts of teamwork, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
Throughout the two-day program, the atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm for learning and the formation of new friendships—an essential foundation for fostering strong Employee Engagement from the very first day of employment.
This orientation program clearly reflects the Company’s comprehensive approach to employee care—from equipping new hires with essential knowledge on their first day to continuously promoting well-being through initiatives such as the Health Massage Program under the Smart Working Place concept.
