“Basic First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and AED Usage” 2025
On June 18, 2025, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited, through the Safety, Health and Environment Department under the Human Resources and Quality Management Systems Division, organized a hands-on training workshop titled “Basic First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and AED Usage” for employees. The objective was to equip participants with life-saving skills in accordance with international standards.
The Company was honored to have a team of expert instructors from Beat CPR Training Center Co., Ltd. deliver comprehensive and systematic guidance on emergency response procedures. The training covered the following key areas:
- Injury Assessment: Developing skills to conduct initial physical assessments to quickly and accurately identify injuries.
- Basic Life Support (CPR): Practicing proper chest compression techniques to help sustain life until medical professionals arrive.
- AED Operation: Learning how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), a critical device that significantly increases survival rates in cases of sudden cardiac arrest.
- Safe Patient Transportation: Techniques for safely moving injured individuals to prevent further injury during transfer to a medical facility.
The Company recognizes that these skills are not only valuable in the workplace but are also essential life skills that employees can apply to care for their families and provide immediate assistance to tollway users in emergency situations.
