DMT Achieves Perfect AGM Checklist Score for the 4th Consecutive Year, Reinforcing Transparency and Sustainable Governance
Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) has been awarded a perfect score of 100 points in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Checklist Assessment for the year 2025, marking the fourth consecutive year (2022–2025) of achieving this recognition. The assessment was conducted by the Thai Investors Association (TIA) under the mission of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC).
This achievement reaffirms DMT’s unwavering commitment to operating with transparency, adherence to good corporate governance principles, and the utmost respect for shareholders’ rights. The assessment result was rated at the highest level, “Excellent: Worthy of Exemplary Recognition” , reflecting the company’s dedication to maintaining high standards in organizing quality shareholder meetings.
