On November 27, 2022, Ms. Atchara Charoenporn, Senior Director Corporate Sustainability Development Division and Mr. Noppon Pokee, Director of Business Development and Sustainable Strategy, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited, and the Board of Directors joined in creating new experiences by visiting the winning team’s project of ‘CSR Tollway Contest 2022’ under the theme “Build Grow Think (for Kids and by Kids) by Tollway Green Way” which is a project competition for Volunteer youths develop communities to be strong and sustainable and emphasizing on increasing opportunities to express ideas in environmental terms, by visiting the project, and honored by Khun Phattharaphon Sangpuangthong or Khun Tor, a famous creative and host/producer of Kob Nok Kala program, Mr. Thanapat Kittibodeesakul, host of Green Report Channel 7 HD, Mr. Romtham Khamnurak, co-founder and editor of Environman, and Mr. Chanut Wutthivikarn from the Kong GreenGreen page. The winning team namely ‘Fertilizer Children’s Team’ students from Mahasarakham University came up with ideas “Change organic waste into fertilizer”, “Production process – make organic fertilizer pellets to reduce waste problems”, volunteer to promote the production and make organic fertilizer pellets from waste within the community, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, reduce agricultural costs, strengthen the grassroots economy for the Ban Nong Ko Community, Nong Ko Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Borabue District, Maha Sarakham. The concept of this project can be further applied to benefit both daily life and to create opportunities for local development in community and society.
