Employee Meet-the-MD 2023
The “Employee Meet-the-MD Program” is an initiative designed to provide employees from all departments and levels the opportunity to meet with the Managing Director. The program encourages open dialogue and experience sharing while enhancing communication on key topics such as the Company’s direction, goals, strategies, and ongoing changes.
This initiative fosters employee engagement by helping staff understand how they and their departments can contribute to the success of the organization. It also strengthens employees’ commitment, improves their attitude toward work and the Company, and builds a stronger connection between senior management and employees.
In 2023, a total of 40 employee representatives from various departments participated in the session with the Managing Director. The program is scheduled to continue on an annual basis as part of the Company’s ongoing employee engagement efforts.
