DMT Collaborates with the Stock Exchange of Thailand to Plant Forests through the “Care the Wild” Project for a Sustainable Future

Dr. Sakda Panwai, Managing Director of Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), together with the company’s executives, staff, and scholarship students from the Dream for Achievement foundation, joined hands with the Royal Forest Department and local residents of Nong Pling community to organize a tree planting activity under the third year of the Care the Wild: “Plant & Protect” project. The event took place at the Nong Plong Community Forest in Thung Krabam Sub-district, Lao Khwan District, Kanchanaburi Province.
This activity was organized in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Royal Forest Department, and community network partners. Its goal is to increase green forest areas in rainfall-shadow zones, mitigate climate change, and empower communities to actively engage in tree care—ultimately contributing to sustainable forest conservation in Thailand.
This project aligns with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- Goal 13: Climate Action
- Goal 15: Life on Land
- Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals
