A delegation from Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), led by Dr. Sakda Panwai, Managing Director, along with Ms. Bongkodrat Tangchukul Executive Vice President - Business & Finance (CFO), Mr. Boonchana Threedidth U.Domphorn Senior Vice President - Risk Management and Safety, and 17 other team members, visited the headquarters of GUTS GROUP. The purpose of the visit was to exchange visions, study the operational systems, and gain insights into comprehensive security personnel management.

The DMT team was warmly welcomed by Dr. Vallop Kingchansilp, Chairman of the Executive Board, and Mr. Ekachon Kingchansilp, Deputy Managing Director. The visit included special presentations from GUTS GROUP's senior management on the following topics:

• History and Overview of GUTS GROUP: Presented by Ms. Chadha Kingchansilp, General Manager of Training Division, the session covered the company's history, service offerings, and quality management practices.
• Research and Development of Product Innovations: Mr. Chaiwat Sathirasat, General Manager of GUTS IOC (Intelligent Operation Center), discussed product innovation, service quality, and sustainable organizational development.
• Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): Mr. Viboon Yuipanya, Director of System Development, provided an in-depth presentation on legal compliance with the PDPA.
• Human Rights Policy and Anti-Corruption: Mr. Watchara Suthana, Assistant Managing Director, spoke on the company's human rights policy and participation in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).

After the presentations, the DMT team toured the GUTS IOC, a 24/7 monitoring and emergency response center, and observed various operational departments and training facilities for practical instruction in different disciplines. This comprehensive site visit offered DMT valuable insights into GUTS GROUP's operations and security management practices.
