DMT Welcomes C.P. LAND Delegation for Green Building and Sustainable Business Study Visit
Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) welcomed executives and energy management personnel from C.P. LAND Public Company Limited for a study visit to the Maintenance and Operation Center (MOC), DMT's headquarters. The building has been awarded TREES-EB (Thai's Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability – Existing Buildings) Gold Certification, making it the first operational building in Thailand to achieve this prestigious certification.
The delegation was led by Mr. Chakraphant Piyaprucksapan, Executive Vice President, Corporate Service & Property Management, C.P. LAND Public Company Limited, and was welcomed by Dr. Sakda Panwai, Managing Director of Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited, together with DMT's executive management team.
During the visit, the delegation attended presentations on the management of the MOC building, covering energy efficiency, resource optimization, environmental management, and the sustainable practices implemented to meet the TREES-EB certification requirements. The visitors also toured key facilities and operational systems to gain practical insights into DMT's green building and sustainable energy management practices.
The visit also provided an opportunity for both organizations to exchange perspectives on conducting business in accordance with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles. Discussions emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance among the 3Ps – People, Planet, and Profit – as the foundation for creating long-term value for stakeholders, protecting the environment, and achieving sustainable business growth.
